Since 1994 The Michigan Fair Contracting Center (MFCC) has been educating and assisting the construction sector in Michigan about Prevailing Wage and The Davis-Bacon Act (DBA) as well as Davis-Bacon Related Acts (DBRA). MFCC Compliance Specialist are fully trained in the Davis-Bacon Act (DBA/DBRA) as well as the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act (CWHSSA). Annual training updates are required to keep abreast of any new regulatory changes. MFCC Compliance Specialist are required to complete training conducted by the United States Department of Labor (USDOL). Each Compliance Specialist has 20+ years’ experience working in the compliance and auditing field specific to wage and hour laws.
